Jael is the co-founder and Chief Possibilities Generator of My Working Title, a Career Design movement + organisation that inspires and empowers people to actively design their careers. Since 2017, their career design frameworks, tools and programmes have influenced 20,000+ people in 25+ countries. Their clients include MNCs, Government Organisations and Universities.

Seeing the need for career management in the fast changing career landscape, Jael advocates for people to design and develop their careers. She encourages people to tap on creativity, fun and communities to generate career possibilities and prototypes with knowledge and competencies in career management.

She has also spoken to thousands of people across different nationalities, age groups and professions on topics about societal, career and personal development. The audiences include government leaders in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Principals and Vice Principals in Singapore, young leaders from all over the world.

Jael is a creative-analytic that fuses futures + design thinking + storytelling + people development to create solutions. She had experience in marketing communications and management consulting with clients such as P&G, HP and Singapore Government Technology Agency. She had also lectured in Ngee Ann Polytechnic and launched a youth entrepreneurship programme in Halogen Foundation Singapore.

She is also recognised as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF™) and a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS™) by the National Career Development Association in the United States. She is of the Nanyang Business School alumni where she holds a B. Bus (Hons) in Business Studies (Marketing Specialisation) from Nanyang Technological University.

She advocates for youth talent development in her volunteer work. Her favourite colour is orange and loves flavours, spices and salts.
